He was sort of expecting her to say she'd stubbed her toe or something, or to brush him off with a joke. Her silence makes him look her way knowing she must be dressed by now. What she says ends up being as far from what he expects as possible. She honestly looked kind of bothered.

"Can I... help?" He isn't sure there was anyway he could, not with bad dreams, but just the same he offers.
