He rolls his eyes, still not dropping the smug look. He rests his hands on the table, leaning closer and lifting out of his seat a bit. He glances at her still open book, but he's far to drunk to try and read.

"I didn't know lack of focus cause squirming." he said before glancing back to her and smiling widely. "Maybe you're books just too boring to be reading at the moment."
